Pay a consent invoice

You should know

We have changed our invoicing method for consent applications.

Rather than send you a single invoice when our work is complete, we will invoice you at regular intervals for the application work done to date.

This will help you keep updated on the cost of processing your application.

For more information, see our interim billing update.

View your invoice

You can now view your final invoice on myAUCKLAND.

Go to the Actions menu of the specific consent and then select View invoices and payments.

How to pay a consent invoice

There are two ways to pay a resource or building consent invoice:

Online

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Online EFTPOS or Account2Account (bank transfer).

A card payment fee of 1.75 per cent will apply for credit and debit card payments.

You will need to refer to your invoice so make sure you have it handy.

What we do when you do not pay your invoice on time

We send reminder letters once your invoice is overdue.

Depending on the value of your invoice, we also use the services of a third party company to call you. This is an automated call with a recorded message. The company is based in Hamilton and the number is 07 981 5623.
