Details of the proposed activity

Combined land use and stormwater discharge consent for the redevelopment of the existing Takapuna Beach Holiday Park to upgrade its facility. The proposal includes earthworks and stormwater drainage and the removal of 54 trees/shrubs, the majority of these being non-native species and the replanting of 31 native trees/shrubs that are suitable for NZ coastal spaces. Also included is the construction of a two-storey administration & staff accommodation building, roofed accommodation, as well as campervan/ caravan/ tenting areas. The application includes the construction of new sealed internal accessways, landscaping and a new fence along the Alison Avenue boundary. The proposal is a non-complying activity.
