Book on a casual or seasonal basis 

Seasonal applications

Seasonal booking applications involve repeat bookings over a seasonal period, usually every week.

Seasonal applications can be made by:

• regional sports organisations and affiliated clubs
• teams
• schools.

Casual applications

You can apply to book our sports facilities on a casual basis for a specific date and time, or for several dates or times. You cannot book for the duration of a full season.

Before we confirm a casual booking request, we check that:

• the field is available
• the field is in a suitable condition for use
• there are no seasonal bookings in place.

You cannot use the fields until we confirm your booking.
