About the plan change
This plan change aims to add a total of 174 new individual and 29 new groups of trees to the Auckland Unitary Plan’s Notable Trees Schedule (Schedule 10). There will be 161 entries to the Schedule which are either new (i.e. seek to add new trees/groups to properties that currently have no scheduled trees,) or add further trees or groups to properties that already have scheduled trees. The plan change will also amend the planning maps to spatially show where each new tree or group is located, thereby amending the Notable Trees Overlay.
