Our standard 20 working day consenting process applies for the majority of consent applications for medium to high complexity residential and commercial projects.

In addition to our standard consenting process, we offer tailored services to meet consenting needs, from simple improvements to large scale and complex developments:

• streamline service - a fast consenting service for simple projects with a high quality online application
• qualified partner service - a collaborative partnership approach to consenting between council and developers involved in large programmes of work with a focus on improving quality of applications and build. e.g. standardised, repeat new builds or selected customers with approved assurance plans.
• premium service - for high complexity projects that will benefit from a higher level of council support and management through the consenting and compliance process.
