Growing for health
This programme teaches basic gardening techniques from seed germination, to growing and harvesting. We have teaching gardens at various parks around Manukau.
Participants are allocated a 5m x 5m gardening plot for a whole season (summer or winter) and can keep any produce grown on the plot.
We encourage you to apply the techniques you learn in the programme at home.
