Granting of a licence to occupy at 231 Flat Bush School Road, Flat Bush

The land is legally described as LOT 1 DP 530121. Currently the land is not accessible to the public as it is used for grazing.

The proposed term is for three years until April 2024. The area will be approximately 51,205 square metres (more or less). The land will be used to enable the development of neighbouring properties including earthworks and laydown areas onsite. The land will be progressively handed back to council and will include hard and soft landscaping including shared paths, stormwater reticulation and communal raingardens.
