Auckland Council has established a District Licensing Committee as required by the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Alcohol licence applications

Alcohol licence applications that were submitted recently with us may not yet be publicly notified. Visit the Alcohol notices website for more information on public notices.

Alcohol Regulatory and Licensing Authority (ARLA) annual reports

ARLA is the new body for reviewing any licence appeals and ruling on enforcement proceedings.
