About the path
This coastal walk in Glenfield combines a scenic bushwalk, plenty of activities for children and a great off-leash dog area.
Start your walk at Manuka Reserve - a family picnic spot with a children's playground, basketball court and public toilets.
From here you can access the boat ramp, down a set of steps, to take in the views of Hellyers Creek. At high tide, you can launch canoes and kayaks.
The dedicated dog park is a popular space, with balance and tunnel challenge features.
The bushwalk starts at the upper end of the reserve and offers a peaceful break from the city. The walk is signposted and offers connections to local surrounding streets. The walkway can become muddy in wet weather, so sturdy shoes are recommended.
The path ends at Lynn Reserve, where there's a second playground.
