Henderson Walkway

Description of Henderson Walkway

This walk winds through the heart of Henderson, taking you past the International Walkway of Trees and through Tui Glen.

To cool off after your walk take a dip at the West Wave Aquatic Centre or enjoy the view of the Henderson Creek from the historic Falls Hotel Cafe.

Just behind the hotel is a band rotunda and a modern wooden bridge called McLeod's crossing.

Henderson Creek is also a good spot to safely test your kayaking skills.

Visit the Auckland Transport website to view the Henderson paths map.

Route of the walkway

The walkway runs from Border Road through the heart of Henderson to the edge of the North Western Motorway.
