Summer seasonal booking applications
Applications for the 2024/2025 summer season open on Monday 15 July and close on Sunday 11 August 2024. We will start to notify applicants by Monday 25 September 2024.
Summer season competition and training
Sports fields will be available for training and competition bookings for the summer sporting codes between these dates:
Summer football, touch, tag, American football and lacrosse – available from Saturday 26 October 2024 to Sunday 2 March 2025. Fields close on Monday 3 March 2025 for autumn renovations and maintenance.
Cricket, softball and baseball – available from Saturday 26 October 2024 to Sunday 23 March 2025. Fields close on Monday 24 March 2025 for autumn renovations and maintenance.
Winter codes – summer codes have priority use. We may be able to schedule winter training within the existing summer allocations, field availability and use limits. Read about

Field renovation timeframes
Spring 2024
We will renovate the fields for the summer season from mid-August to the end of October 2024. This includes field layout changes and maintenance.
Autumn 2025
We will renovate the fields for the winter season from late February to early April 2025. This includes field layout changes and maintenance.
