COVID-19 Alert Level 2 – Accommodation information
Holiday parks and the Waiheke Backpackers Hostel are open for bookings with COVID-19 alert level measures and protocols in place.
Baches, campgrounds and lodges are open from 10am Monday 8 March 2021.
We will be reinstating our standard cancellation and amendment rules under Alert Level 2. Customers wishing to cancel or amend can do so online via their MyAuckland accounts.
Customers who have not started their planned stay over Alert Level 3 (28 Feb-6 Mar 2021 inclusive) that have not amended or cancelled these bookings will require a manual refund for the nights affected, and we will advise if details are required.

Our classic caravan with a canvas awning is close to the beach and the perfect way to enjoy a beachfront holiday.
There is a small deck with picnic table. Please bring a sun umbrella.
Guests have full use of all park facilities including bathrooms, communal kitchen, laundry, barbecue area, and a communal TV room with Freeview.

Directions and access
Follow the signs from the main entrance to the park.
Check in at reception from 2pm to 7pm (8pm on Friday nights) and we will give you directions to your accommodation or site. Later check-in times can be pre-arranged with our team - please make sure you arrive before 10pm.
Security gates at the entrance and exit open at 6.30am and close at 10pm daily.

- Double bed in the caravan.
- Bunks (single over double) and single trundler bed in the awning.

Water
Bore water treated by Watercare at source. Water filters available in the kitchens for guest use. Potable water supplied to cabin.
Power supply
Standard domestic power supply.
Kitchen facilities
Small kitchen/food preparation area with fridge, kettle, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and pans.Communal kitchen has cooktops, microwaves, fridges, freezers, toasters, continuous boiling water and washing up facilities.A large communal barbecue area is provided for use at no charge.
Toilets and bathrooms
Guests have full use of the parks nearby toilet and bathroom facilities. Showers are coin operated for hot water - 50c for five minutes. Use of the hairdryer is free.

Electric heater supplied.
Rules
Animals
Pets are prohibited at all times except for medically certified disability assist dogs.
Rubbish
Dispose of rubbish and recycling in the bins within the holiday park.
Overnight vehicles and tents
Guests can park one vehicle on their site or next to their accommodation.Additional vehicles can be parked on the reserve opposite the park entrance.Boat and trailer parking inside the holiday park is $10 per night.
