Variation 5 seeks to amend PC 66 to incorporate medium density residential standards, a requirement of the Resource Management Act by applying a relevant residential zones (Residential - Mixed Housing Urban and Residential - Low Density Residential) to land that was proposed to be rezoned Residential - Single House zone or Residential - Mixed Housing Suburban zone at Schnapper Rock Road.
