About the notice of requirement
Notice of requirement lodged by Waka Kotahi for an upgrade of Mill Road (Bombay) in the east for additional vehicle lanes and a shared path and an upgrade of Pukekohe East Road, Pukekohe in the west for a shared path.
Project Mill Road and Pukekohe East Road Upgrade (NoR 8) in the Pukekohe package lodged by Te Tupu Ngātahi Supporting Growth Alliance.
The NoR 8 project for the Mill Road and Pukekohe East Road Upgrade is located within both Auckland and Waikato, so a Notice of Requirement has also been lodged with the Waikato District Council and can be viewed here https://www.waikatodistrict.govt.nz/NoR8
The Pukekohe Transport Network encompasses eight transport projects (with nine Notices of Requirement) for the Pukekohe, Paerata and Drury West areas.
Auckland Transport has lodged six and Waka Kotahi has lodged two Notices of Requirement with Auckland Council and Waka Kotahi has lodged one Notice of Requirement with Waikato District Council for route protection.
The Pukekohe Transport Network includes provision for improved walking and cycling, public transport, and general traffic connections.
