​What our disclosure policy covers

This policy applies to:

• Auckland Council
• each substantive council-controlled organization, Port of Auckland Limited and City Rail Link Limited (each a council entity)
• all councillors
• all directors of council entities
• all employees of Auckland Council and council entities.

What the disclosure policy does not cover

This policy does not address:

• insider trading
• market manipulation
• disclosure of interest obligations
