What is Account2Account (A2A)

Account2Account (A2A) is a payment method for customers who do not have, or do not use a credit card.

You can make online payments directly from your bank account from our website.

Banks that use A2A transactions

To pay your rates by A2A, you must have an online banking account with a bank that supports this service.

You can use:

  • ANZ
  • ASB
  • BNZ
  • Kiwibank
  • TSB (make sure you can make one-off payments from your TSB internet banking account)
  • Westpac.

  • We do not collect or save customers' bank account information.
  • Allow enough time for your payment to get to us by the due date to avoid a penalty.
  • We will email you a payment confirmation if you provide an email address.
  • We do not charge for the A2A service, but you might be charged by your bank. This online transaction is subject to your bank's terms and conditions.

Processing time

Your payment will appear in your rates account after two working days.
