How to opt out of rubbish and recycling services in commercial areas
Who can opt out
If you are the owner of a non-residential property, you can request to opt out from council waste services.
You may be able to opt out of food scraps, refuse and recycling rates charges, but you will still be charged the waste management base rate.
Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
