Biography

I am delighted to lead Group Shared Services (GSS) and be accountable to the GSS Board for integrating common enabling functions and services. With over 1400 kaimahi in Group Shared Services, we have significant scale and opportunity.

Prior to moving into this role, I was director group services at Auckland Council for two years. Before that, I worked in financial services for 30 years across a number of different disciplines including customer facing divisions, corporate office functions, technology, data, risk, and people and culture.

I hail from Hawkes Bay, have a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies, have flown solo through the air force training programme and play football in weekends.

I am deeply driven by leaving things in a better shape than when I found them, particularly when it comes to the whenua.
