Biography
Helen Robinson is an entrepreneur and professional director with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in various sectors including technology, finance, sustainability and consumer goods.
In 2018, Helen was named an Officer of the
New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) for her outstanding services to technology and business.
Currently, she holds many leadership positions including independent director of Generate Kiwisaver and Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA), board member of NZ Tech, chair of Kara Technologies, Research Education Advanced Network New Zealand (REANNZ), Astrix Astronautics and NZTE’s Beachhead Advisors NZ.
Her previous executive positions include managing director of Microsoft New Zealand and head of Pivotal Corporation Asia Pacific.
Helen has a strong passion to deliver value to stakeholders through innovation and technology, and works to improve everyone's quality of life.

Biography
I am delighted to lead Group Shared Services (GSS) and be accountable to the GSS Board for integrating common enabling functions and services. With over 1400 kaimahi in Group Shared Services, we have significant scale and opportunity.
Prior to moving into this role, I was director group services at Auckland Council for two years. Before that, I worked in financial services for 30 years across a number of different disciplines including customer facing divisions, corporate office functions, technology, data, risk, and people and culture.
I hail from Hawkes Bay, have a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies, have flown solo through the air force training programme and play football in weekends.
I am deeply driven by leaving things in a better shape than when I found them, particularly when it comes to the whenua.
