Restoring Nathan Homestead Pukepuke

We are restoring the homestead to ensure this historically significant asset is available for future generations.

Construction began in July 2024. We expect work to be complete by mid-September 2025. During construction the main homestead building will be closed.

Hiring a venue during the construction period

The Theatre and Meeting Room are the only spaces available for hire, with limited availability. Email us at nathanhomestead@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz to discuss your venue hire options.

Our classes, workshops, school holiday programmes and events will still run. They will take place in the buildings next to the car park. Check the term programme to see what is coming up.
