Code Compliance Certificates (CCC)

A CCC is a formal statement confirming we are satisfied all building work has been completed in accordance with the building consent we issued. You may also need to submit a producer statement or Record of Building Work application to get a CCC.

Record of building work (RoW)

If you have carried out or supervised restricted building work as part of a building consent, you need to fill out and submit a Record of Building Work.

Declare that your building work complies with the Building Code through producer statements (PS)

Prove that your building work complies with the Building Code by getting relevant producer statements for the design and construction of your project.
