Waikumete Cemetery Reserve Management Plan
How we developed the plan
In June 2015, the council adopted the Waikumete Cemetery Reserve Management Plan. It followed a period of public consultation and hearings.
The plan outlines ways to improve use, visitation and care of the historic cemetery, and to better integrate the old and new cemetery areas.
