You cannot put this item in your rubbish or recycling bin.
You can return standard household paint at Resene and Dulux paint stores through their take-back programmes.
You can drop off lead-based paints, marine anti fouling paints and bituminous products at Waitākere Resource Recovery Park, Waiuku Zero Waste and Silverdale Transfer Station. No commercial quantities of paint accepted at Waitākere Resource Recovery Park.
Note: You will be charged a fee if you take this item directly to Waste Management Technical Services, Intergroup or ChemWaste. These companies service commercial customers only and are not set up to deal with individual household items.
