Our tiny home provides unique year-round accommodation for those who don't have access to a certified self-contained (CSC) vehicle. It features a modern kitchen, new furniture and flat screen TV.
Located in the campground next to the Parakai Springs Hot Pools, this tiny home is the perfect escape if you want to chill out in your own cabin and private space. It is set in a green oasis within walking distance to a thermal pool offering.
You can also use the tiny home as a base for your west coast adventures:
- mountain biking
- horse riding
- tree climbing
- 4 x 4 or off-road motorcycling
- beach rambles
- fishing on the Kaipara.
Alcohol is prohibited at all times.

Directions and access
Turn into the entrance from Springs Road. We will give you a keypad code with your booking confirmation so you can open the automatic gate.
Drive 200m and turn right to get to the tiny home.
You need to phone us on 09 301 0101 five days before your booking starts so we can give you the door code for the tiny home.

You need to supply bed linen, blankets, duvets, sleeping bags, pillows, towels, tea towels, food, mosquito repellent and personal items.

Cleaning
You must keep the tiny home and surrounding site clean and tidy during your stay, and when you leave. Charges will apply if more cleaning is needed.To protect against COVID-19 clean all utensils, crockery and surfaces on your arrival and departure.
Rubbish
Rubbish bin inside the home. Place your rubbish and recycling in bin located outside the house before departure.
Overnight vehicles and tents
One parking space within tiny home site.
You may not stay in tents or camp in vehicles around the tiny home.
Fires
Fires prohibited at all times. Use the shared barbecue facilities in the campground.
