About the plan change
This private plan change aims to modify the Omaha South Precinct (I528), by including a diagram from the legacy district plan setting outside/rear yards specific to Omaha South, and to make other wording changes to make it clear that the Precinct standards replace the standards of the underlying zones and subdivision chapter but retain the Home Occupation standards of the underlying zones.
We are processing with this private plan change on a limited notification basis. The people we directly informed of the proposal may make a submission if they choose. Other people may read about the proposal but cannot make a submission. For more information about limited notification see the relevant section in the Resource Management Act.”
