If you have not received your rates bill or want a copy of a previous rates bill.

What to do if you have not received a property rates bill

If you have a myAUCKLAND account

  1. Log in to your myAUCKLAND account.
  2. Under the 'My property rates' heading, you will see a 'Go to my property rates' button.
  3. Select the relevant property, then from the drop-down Actions menu, click on the 'Pay rates, view statements and balances' option.
  4. Under the 'Your rates bill' heading, select the 'Download rates bills' button.

If you have not received your rates bill or you want a copy of your rates bill, call us on 09 301 0101 or visit one of our libraries with council services.
