What to do if you have not received a property rates bill
If you have a myAUCKLAND account

Log in to your myAUCKLAND account.
- Under the 'My property rates' heading, you will see a 'Go to my property rates' button.
- Select the relevant property, then from the drop-down Actions menu, click on the 'Pay rates, view statements and balances' option.
- Under the 'Your rates bill' heading, select the 'Download rates bills' button.
