What a mobile trading licence allows you to do
A mobile trading licence allows you to trade from the approved location you apply for. You can trade at different times of the day at up to five locations on one licence.
You can apply for a licence that allows you to trade from one month up to 12 months.
A mobile trading licence does not:
- give you a lease or designated use of the land
- grant you a permanent site on public land
- allow you to breach parking restrictions or road rules.
