​Bring your completed property rates rebate application form with supporting documents into one of our libraries with council services.

You need to provide all requested information so we can calculate your rebate. We will return incomplete applications.

It will take about 15 working days to process your application. During busy periods, it can take up to two months. Busy periods are normally August to November and April to June.
