Summer casual booking applications
Applications for summer casual bookings for sports fields are open from Monday 20 September 2024 to Friday 21 February 2025.
Summer season casual competition and training
Sports fields will be available for training and competition bookings for the summer sporting codes between these dates:
Summer football, touch, tag, American football and lacrosse – available from Saturday 26 October 2024 to Sunday 2 March 2025. Fields close on Monday 3 March 2025 for autumn renovations and maintenance.
Cricket, softball and baseball – available from Saturday 26 October 2024 to Sunday 23 March 2025. Fields close on Monday 24 March 2025 for autumn renovations and maintenance.
Winter codes – summer codes have priority use. We may be able to schedule winter training within the existing summer allocations, field availability and use limits. Read about

Field renovation timeframes
Spring 2024
We will renovate the fields from mid-August to the end of October 2024. This includes field layout changes and maintenance.
Autumn 2025
We will renovate the fields from late February to early April 2025. This includes field layout changes and maintenance.

five working days in advance.

What happens next
Requests will be approved at the discretion of our senior maintenance delivery team. We will assess the casual applications when we have completed the seasonal booking allocations.
