Speaking at a monthly business meeting

Anyone can speak at a monthly business meeting as long as it relates to an agenda item. Read our upcoming agendas and minutes to find out what is coming up.

You can also speak through a deputation. This is a formal presentation and needs approval from the chairperson. You need to give seven days' notice.

If you would like to speak at a business meeting, email kaipatikilocalboard@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz in advance.

The board allocates 30 minutes for the public to speak to elected members. Each speaker has three minutes.
